We are Action For Humanity. We provide aid and assistance to people affected by natural and man-made disasters. As an NGO we are guided by our drive to help others, not profit. When emergencies strike, we act to ensure to save lives and protect the vulnerable. When the emergency is over, we stay and help restore lives.

We were founded in 2011 in the UK by a group of doctors whose sole focus was to provide assistance and aid to those devastated by conflict. For over a decade we have built an expertise in responding to humanitarian needs to benefit the most vulnerable people affected by conflict, disasters and extreme poverty

1– The advertisement start on 07-04-2023 ends on 04-05-2023 at 23:59 KRI time

2– The type of currency is the US dollar, and any difference in the type of currency neglects the offer

3– The papers include a detailed CV, experience certificate and a valid trade license, in addition to the financial and technical offer. Any lack of required documents will neglect the offer

4- The supplier shall send a copy of (Annex-001) signed and stamped, plus the excel version.

5- The supplier confirms the individual price for each item with the calculation of the full price for each item, and then confirms the final sum of the bid

6- The supplier is obligated to confirm the names of the brands offered, expiry date ,and the technical specifications of the items.

7- Every supplier who objects after the date of opening the bids or during the contract will be deprived from the next organization’s tenders, and the name of the person will be approved with the name of the company in the blacklist

8- Bids are requested from

• Country Office, Unit # 103, Dream City, Erbil/Iraq
• Deir zor office: Syria- Deir-ez-Zor, , Western Countryside, Lower Safira village – above the Bassam tailor shop
• Raqqa Office: Syria- Raqqa city, Al-Tass-hih Neighborhood – next to Al-Rasheed compound.

9- Note: All required documents shall be sent from the supplier to the email mentioned below with the addition of the tender name and symbol in the subject line. No document will be accepted except via email ([email protected])
