General information:

• Work location: Western countryside of Deir Ezzor - dialysis unit in Abu Hamam

• Hours: Administrative 7hours a day, 6 days a week

Required qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing -Faculty of Nursing

• 3 years of experience working on dialysis machines and implementing dialysis sessions.

• Reside in the countryside of Deir Ezzor (preferred).

Skills:

• The ability to operate and handle dialysis machines.

• Ability to handle work pressure and dedication to patient care.

• Suitable for the duties and tasks required to be performed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good skills in dealing with others and working in a team spirit.

• Observational accuracy with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Providing nursing care before, during and after dialysis sessions.

• Implementing and managing dialysis sessions for patients.

• Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment and understand the patient's physical and emotional concerns.

• Ensure that dialysis machines are used in a safe and secure manner, that they are calibrated periodically, and that

operating equipment is sterilized before use.

• Organizing patient forms, communicating with them, and taking care of their needs.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs periodically and inform the nephrologist of any developments in the

patient’s condition.

• Respond efficiently and quickly in emergency situations.

• Providing advice and counseling to patients about dialysis treatment options, kidney disease management, as well

as healthy nutrition and living systems.
