- Proven experience as a Media Assistant/Officer or other administrative role.
- Experience in digital advertising is a plus.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying.
- Minimum 2 years of working with I/NGO.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with media analytics software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effect) preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is required.
- English language proficiency is required
- Works with trustworthiness and integrity.
- High attention to detail.
- Reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities
- Ability to move and travel in NES.
- Ability to work without supervision ٫and to meet tight deadlines
BUDGETING AND PLANNING:
- The IT & Communication Officer is responsible for all daily tasks in the project, supported by the Program and M&E staff in AFH offices, and managed by Media Officer in Iraq.
- Maintain AFH photo and video database.
- Upload/download and archive material received from inside offices.
- Prepare and retouch photos as needed.
- Design campaigns for social media.
- Create and prepare promos from raw footage.
- Edit, cut, and subtitle videos.
- Design brochures and other materials as needed.
- Provide photo/video coverage of events and projects.
- Any other duties that can be expected within the wider scope of this position on the request of direct supervisor.
