Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Professional diploma or university degree in a Logistics field (Supply, IT, Purchase, etc.).
· Advance IT knowledge (hardware and software, Microsoft office, internet).

General Work Experience:
· At least 2 year experience in a similar position preferably with an INGO.
General Description of the Role & Main Responsibilities:
· Logistics assistant is responsible to implement and manage all logistics activates of Hajin and support DZ office.
· Update procurement tracker.
· Monthly assets count.
· Check drivers log books.
· Liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods and services and received in good condition as per invoices, delivery notes and packing lists.
· Market assessment through quotations.
· Update the price catalogue, supplier list and contract follow up.
· Perform purchase activities as per AFH procurement procedures.
· Receiving of supplier and maintain stock as per stock procedures.
· Responsible for the payments to the suppliers.
· Weekly reconciliation of purchase files with the cashier for payment.
· Periodic physical inventory of stock.
· Maintain all purchase files in an orderly manner.
· Submitting monthly report (procurement tracker, physical inventory, other needed reports) to line manager.
· Any other tasks requested by line manager.
