Shiyan 5 Project is a continuation of activities carried out to achieve the objectives of the project and achieve the general goal of promoting community participation and contribution to the public life by providing solutions and working directly with decision-makers. In this stage, the intervention will be direct to find a solution to the current problems, in health, women and education sectors in order to implement measures to ease the current situation as a direct contribution to influencing public affairs with regard to the vital sectors of concern to people in Northeastern Syria.

 

JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

The main work of the FCRM trainer will be to hold one workshop for one group of beneficiaries, with the aim of empowering the site staff and training them on FCRM system and how to deal with the mechanism of work of the complaints and suggestions portal website.

.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work within the project work plan in coordination with the direct supervisor.
  • Preparation of training material supported by demonstration methods and exercises.
  • Stick to the schedule of training workshops set by Shar organization.
  • Sharing the team with the recommendations and success stories that resulted from the workshop.
  • Professionalism in dealing with the work team and administrative staff
  • Carry out additional tasks according to the project's need.

المعرفة والمهارات المطلوبة

  • Education:

A bachelor’s degree in related field is desired.

 

  • Work Experience:
  • Experience of working in the humanitarian field is essential.
  • Experience of working in monitoring and evaluation, in particular the in FCRM department.
  • Experience in the aforementioned training fields for two years.
  • Previous experience working with NGOs
  • Experience certificates from accredited training institutions
  • the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in preparing and writing report

 

Languages:

  • Professional fluency in spoken and written Arabic and Kurdish are essential.
  • English is highly desirable.
