Terms of reference for contracting with an official/media
coverage or a company responsible for media coverage:

The purpose of the contract

Academic qualifications and practical experience:
The members of the media agency responsible for the
coverage must possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum year of experience in a similar
position.
• University degree in related field such as media,
applied arts, cinema or photography.
• Advanced technical skills in photography or
cinematography, including a deep understanding
of lighting, composition, and use of lenses.
• Practical experience in the field, whether it be
through self-employment or working in a company
or photo agency.
• Knowledge of the technology used in photography,
including professional imaging devices, editing
software and image processing.
• Good communication skills with customers and
colleagues to understand their needs and meet
their expectations.

tools to enhance media coverage and increase
interaction with the public.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of digital security,
media risk management, ability to deal with security
threats and the protection of sensitive data and
information.
Main tasks required:
• Video shoot of the Agora project's activities to
produce 11 bromos spread over 11 activities
• Photography of activities is not less than 10 photos
per activity.
• Choose and edit the best footage for use in
promotion, marketing and posting on social media and
official website.
• In some activities more than one informant is
required to ensure a different angle of filming
• Photo interviews with beneficiaries/female and
instructors/
• Filming in some cases involves going to the
beneficiary's home and filming inside
• Use high quality professional photography
equipment to ensure we get satisfactory results
• Ensure that Dar's visual identity is available at all
filming locations
• Upload videos to the organization's media officer via
Google Drive
• Discussion of plans and ideas at the project's media
meeting

Confidentiality, concealment of information and
preservation of privacy
• The contractor must keep all secrets and

• Upon expiration of this contract, you must (The

Duration Contracting: Five months
The following documents must be attached to the
financial and technical offers:
