· English (professional/working level)
· Arabic (native/professional written and spoken

· Degree in education, child protection, development, or related field.
· Demonstrated experience in community mobilization, organization, and
· relationship building.
· Excellent writing and communication skills in English, and Arabic.
· Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Willingness to travel
General Description of the Role & Main Responsibilities:
Project Proposal Development:
· Collaborate with program teams to develop project proposals, including objectives, scope, timelines, and budget estimates.
· Ensure alignment with the INGO's mission, donor requirements, and community needs.
Project Planning:
· Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation.
· Define project objectives, key milestones, and success criteria.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
· Build and lead project teams, including staff, partners, and consultants.
· Provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
Resource Management:
· Manage project resources, including budgets, equipment, and materials.
· Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to project budgets.
Quality Assurance:
· Implement and oversee project quality assurance and control measures.
· Ensure project activities meet established standards and specifications.
Community and Partner Relations:
· Build positive relationships with project beneficiaries, local communities, and partner organizations.
· Facilitate community participation and feedback in project implementation.
Project Evaluation and Closure:
· Establish and maintain project monitoring and evaluation systems.
· Regularly assess project progress, risks, and outcomes, and make necessary adjustments.
Project Closure:
· Coordinate the smooth closure of projects, including final reporting, financial reconciliation, and documentation.
· Ensure that project outcomes are achieved and lessons learned are documented and shared.
