Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Associate diploma or university degree in a financial field (business, finance, accounting, etc.).
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and grant management.
• Proficiency in financial software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to field conditions.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication.
• Knowledge of donor regulations and compliance requirements.
General Work Experience:
· English (professional/working level)
· Arabic (native/professional written and spoken
· Supports Effective Teamwork and Cooperation.

· Excellent writing and communication skills in English, and Arabic. Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.

General Description of the Role & Main Responsibilities:
BUDGET OVERSIGHT:
• COLLABORATE WITH PROGRAM MANAGERS TO DEVELOP AND MANAGE PROJECT BUDGETS FOR FIELD OPERATIONS.
• MONITOR BUDGET PERFORMANCE AND PROVIDE REGULAR REPORTS ON BUDGET VS. ACTUAL EXPENDITURES.
FINANCIAL REPORTING:
• PREPARE ACCURATE AND TIMELY FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS AND DONORS.
• ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH DONOR FINANCIAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IN THE FIELD.
GRANTS AND CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT:
• MANAGE THE FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF GRANTS AND CONTRACTS, INCLUDING PROPOSAL BUDGETS, GRANT COMPLIANCE, AND FINANCIAL REPORTING.
• COORDINATE WITH PROGRAM TEAMS TO MONITOR GRANT SPENDING AND ADHERENCE TO GRANT TERMS IN THE FIELD.
CASH MANAGEMENT:
• MANAGE CASH FLOW IN CHALLENGING FIELD CONDITIONS, INCLUDING FUNDS DISBURSEMENT, CASH FORECASTING, AND FUND REPLENISHMENT.
• ENSURE THE SAFEKEEPING OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND ADHERENCE TO CASH MANAGEMENT POLICIES.
ACCOUNTING AND RECORD-KEEPING:
• OVERSEE THE MAINTENANCE OF ACCURATE ACCOUNTING RECORDS IN THE FIELD, INCLUDING ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, AND GENERAL LEDGER.
• ENSURE PROPER CODING AND ALLOCATION OF EXPENSES ACCORDING TO FINANCIAL POLICIES.
PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS:
• COLLABORATE WITH THE PROCUREMENT TEAM TO ENSURE FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE IN FIELD PROCUREMENT PROCESSES.
• REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS IN THE FIELD.
