- Working with the hiring manager on the TOR development of the Incentive Workers` positions.
- Recruitment of incentive workers that includes announcement, screening, interview and selecting the Incentive Worker for the respective role(s).
- Prepare Letter of Understandings (LOUs) and special services agreements.
- Taking necessary actions on the contract extension process.
- Take necessary actions for end of contracts both staff and incentive workers that includes taking necessary approvals and signing off the letters…
- Ensure proper onboarding documents for incentive workers.
- Taking the joining process of the staff, also maintain and update the personnel files for staff and incentive workers.
- Take care separation process that includes receiving all the final documents and working closely with compensation and benefit team for final settlement of the staff and incentive workers.
- Leave Management for Staff.
- Time and Effort reporting For Staff.
- Key focal staff for all Identity card requests for Staff and incentive workers
- Create email addresses for employees and put closing requests for email.
- Convey initial new staff orientation sessions for all new hires (liaise with supervisors, department focal points, logistics and Supply Chain, raise Purchase Requests, etc.,.).
- Work with new staff on goal setting and work with the staff on performance management including tracking and timely completion process.
- Monitor and ensure end of probation evaluations take place and relevant forms completed.
- Share Job Descriptions to new hires.
- Provide necessary support related to the payment of Incentive Workers`.
المعرفة والمهارات المطلوبة
- A university degree or other advanced technical qualifications.
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with INGOs/NGOs.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Language/Travel:
- Good command of English and Arabic is required.
- Travel: to the Camps when needed.
