A Humanitarian non- government organization is looking for hiring an Watchman in its base at Raqqa city.
As a member of the Operations department, the Watchman will provide safe services for the organization's program and support staff in the described Area of Responsibility through enforcing the established of the organization's Security Policy Guidelines

Responsibilities/Duties:

 The watchman will be responsible to provide service for Raqqa premises.

• Be vigilante at all times – including, night shifts; (watchmen sleeping on duty will be terminated immediately)
• Remain at post at all times – including when on gate duty.
• Maintain log register for the arriving and departing visitors.
• Maintain records of the gate passes at the gate and inform the host.
• Manage the generator in a daily basis. Register the working hours using a generator log.
• Assist in logistic support as and when required like loading/offloading etc.
• Cleaning of the yard as and when assigned by the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
• A working knowledge of English basics is desired.
• Must have initiative and work largely unsupervised.
• Responsible and trustworthy, punctual.
