Entering the data of the protection and child protection departments into the special database, unifying and cleaning the databases such as (activity reports and attendance tables)
- Conduct field visits to ensure timely and high quality data collection for child protection and education activities.
- Ensure that all data collected from the field is completed and reported on time
- Supporting child protection, education and nutrition program officials in data collection.
- Ensuring that all documents related to distributions and other activities are archived in the appropriate place in both electronic and hard copies.
- Training supervisors of educational centers and child protection centers to fill out children’s attendance data in the designated database.
- Carry out cleaning and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and participate in the preparation of the draft report.
- Any other additional tasks requested by the line manager.
- Comply with the organization’s policies and practices regarding child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunity and other relevant policies and procedures.
