General Job Role:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the product, understanding the needs of customers and translating those needs into new products or enhancing the existing once. Including working with the Business Analyst team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer.
Product Owner is also responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer feedback and ensuring that the product is aligned with the company's overall goals by collaborating with the research department. 

Duties and Responsibilities :
    Gather and prioritize customer feedback: The product owner is responsible for gathering feedback from customers about the product. This feedback can be gathered through surveys, interviews, and user testing that the research department can do and share the result with the Product owner, then he/she prioritizes this feedback and works with the project manager to implement the most important features. 
    Ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer: The product owner is responsible for ensuring that the product meets the needs of the customer. This includes understanding the customer's pain points and what they are looking for in a product. The product owner then works to design and implement features that meet these needs. 
    Align the product with the company's overall goals: The product owner is responsible for aligning the product with the company's overall goals. This includes understanding the company's mission, vision, and values.  
    Work to design and implement new features: The product owner design and implements new features. This includes working with the team to understand the customer's needs, and to translate those needs into technical requirements. The product owner then works with the team to track the progress of development, and to ensure that the features are delivered on time and within budget. 
    Communicate with stakeholders: The product owner is responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including the customer, and other internal and external departments. The product owner keeps stakeholders informed about the progress of the product and addresses any concerns or questions that they may have. 

Education and Experience: 
A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, data analytics or a related field.
Experience in being a project manager or people manager is an advantage.

Skills/Qualifications:
•    In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
•    Working knowledge of product development architecture
•    Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
•    Ability to prioritize effectively
•    Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
•    Excellent oral and written communication

•    Understanding of design quality standards
