- University degree in Business studies, Social Studies or related domain;

Job Description:
Supervision of early recovery activities (Cash for Work) and livelihood (Vocational Training)
- Coordinate the timely implementation of Early Recovery and Livelihoods (ERL) activities across
different districts in NES;
- Coordinate effectively with the Livelihood Manager, the Cash for Work and Vocational Training
Assistants;
- Liaise with local authorities and local stakeholders in planning new ERL activities;
- Ensure appropriateness and acceptance of the ERL activities in the different districts of
implementation;
- Prepare regular activities and budget forecasts;
- Perform regular visits to the projects’ implementation sites;
- Support the Livelihood Manager to ensure the allocated budget for the ERL activities is utilized
effectively and in line with the approved budget;
- Liaise with local authorities and local stakeholders in agreeing on equipment and materials
needs for different Cash for Work initiatives;
- Prepare and keep up to date BoQs for essential materials for the cash for work workers;
- Ensure assessments and regular data collection are appropriate and meet the agreed
standards;
- Identify, in cooperation with the Cash for Work Assistant, supervisors for the cash for work
workers and deliver induction training before the start of the works;
- Conduct regular field visits to the different project sites;
- Ensure Payment Requests and supporting documents are completed before their submission
to the finance department;
- Prepare and deliver training to Cash for Work Assistants, Cash for Work daily workers and Cash
for Work workers;
- Assist the Livelihoods Manager in the identification of innovative Vocational Training subjects;
- Assist the Livelihood Manager in the preparation of vocational training curricula and in the
identification of qualified trainers;
- Prepare accurate BoQs for the needed materials for the startup of vocational training;
- Closely supervise the Vocational Training Assistants in the setup of the vocational training
centers and in the selection of the beneficiaries;
- Ensure assessments and regular data collection are appropriate and meet the agreed
standards;

- Deliver Microbusiness management training for Vocational Training trainees.
- Reporting, quality control and monitoring and accountability
- Prepare reports according to agreed timelines on activities undertaken in the different districts,

- Support the Livelihood Programme Manager and MEAL team, in developing and implementing
- M&E tools and data collection methods, which contribute to continual learning and program
- quality, and prepare case studies;
