Job Title: Datacenter Network Engineer (Raqqa And Tal Kojer) **

• Responsible for a large live running network, including the transmission layer and IP layer.
• Act as the first line of support for the field team, providing troubleshooting assistance and developing long-term solutions.
• Offer technical support for a wide range of technical issues, including monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting network problems within the Network Operation Control Centre.
• Proactively monitor network alarms to identify and minimize disruptions and impacts to backbone links, conducting root cause analysis and developing action plans to restore traffic.
• Plan, design, and implement fiber optic links using DWDM technology.
• Commission, test, and troubleshoot OTN and Ethernet protocols.
• Work with DWDM/Ethernet field testing, performing tasks such as BER, optical loss measurements, and OSNR.
• Test fiber links and utilize fiber testing tools.
• Work with ODF, telecom equipment, ports, and labels.
• Understand TCP/IP and OSI models, as well as static and dynamic routing protocols.
• Demonstrate knowledge of IP networks.
• Provide technical support 24/7 during network issues.

**Qualifications: **

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCNA certification is highly recommended.
• Fresh higher-ranked graduates are preferred.
