About Mari Research and Development

It was established in 2018 and registered in Canada and France.

The purpose of the Position
The Data Collector will be responsible for gathering information from beneficiaries, especially families of
missing persons. This role requires sensitivity, empathy, and strong data collection skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct visits to beneficiaries, including families of missing persons.
• Collect accurate and detailed data using specified forms and methodologies.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of collected data.
• Establish rapport with beneficiaries to facilitate data collection.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Report findings to the project team regularly.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law, human rights, or a related discipline.
Experiences
• Previous experience in data collection or fieldwork.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with sensitivity in emotionally charged situations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Understanding of security protocols in conflict zones.
