List of tasks assigned:
• Assist the collection of documentation from local partners
• Support the compliance checks of local partners documentation, including checks on HR and logistics supporting documents relevant to finance, such as employment documents, payroll and timesheets, running cost and procurement
• Facilitate communication with the local partners, including translations when necessary
• Support the updating of expenses tracking tools
• Support coordination of information flow
• Any other assignment required and in line with the position
University degree-
Previous experience working with international NGOs of at least one year-
Integrity and professional ethics-
At least one year of proven experience as a compliance or finance member and knowledge of reviewing logistics Docs . or any related job,
Experience in risk management-
Excellent communication skills-
Teamwork skills-
Pay attention to details-
BA/BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field-
Arabic and English are high required, and Kurdish is desirable-
