Responsibilities

General Objectives :

· The Supply manager will implement and supervise all purchase operations at base level.

· He/she will organize purchasing for programs, in keeping with Solidarités International procedures.

Technicity:

· Good knowledge of donor compliance, rule and supply process in French INGO is an asset (as well as supply software)

Management :

· 4 person in the team to mange, who required support, team capacity building, motivation

Writing skills:

· Capacity to write contracts, not a strong requirement for this position

Technical skills :

· Knowledge of supply software

· Knowledge of pruchases procedures in INGO, donor compliance

Transversal skills :

· Good communication skills

· Team and time management

· Autonomous, organized, ability to prioritize and to work under pressure

Requirements

Studies : Bachelor degree in any field.

Experience : above 5 years of Experinces in INGO, 0-2 years of Experinces in a similar position

Language : Advanced English (written, spoken and read) is mandatory
