Job Requirements:
Excellent facilitation skills, including previous experience in conducting training, developing training materials, and conducting capacity-building needs assessments (highly desirable).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in English.
Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Job Description:
Identifying children who need case management services.
Ensuring that they have the required expertise aligned with the standards of gender-based violence and child protection, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and Child Safeguarding (CSG) policies, and adhering to them.
Planning and making referrals for cases.
Reviewing and modifying plans as circumstances change for individuals.
Conducting home visits and monitoring cases.
Sharing information with caregivers, as appropriate, and supporting them in implementing relevant parts of the case plan.
Developing plans that ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Managing cases and complex situations involving high-needs children, at severe risk, and their families.
Documenting all information regarding children and the services provided to them. Coordination:
Coordinating with protection mechanisms in all project-related issues.
Regularly attending meetings at appropriate levels to feed back AFH priorities from the field.
Ensuring that field concerns and challenges are communicated to relevant stakeholders. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in the field, working on human rights protection, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and other vulnerable populations (especially survivors of gender-based violence/sexual violence, children at risk of abuse, female-headed households, elderly, and persons with disabilities).
Experience in information gathering and report writing.
Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication, respect for individuals with special needs and other vulnerabilities.

Other Information’s:
