Position: Case Manager Focal Point
Direct manager position: Protection & MHPSS Supervisor

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or any related field.
At least three years of experience in a similar role.
Good computer skills, particularly in KOBO and Microsoft office (word and excel).
Previous INGO experience is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to share knowledge and experience.
Ability to work under pressure, proactive and independent working style.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Supports Effective Teamwork and Cooperation.
Demonstrated experience in community mobilization, organization, and relationship building.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Experience in Case management
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
In close cooperation with the members of the Team, develop steps and procedures for timely planning and implementation of all elements in the child protection program, alltrainings, GBV and CP response, prevention, and coordination activities.
Provide support, guidance, or assistance to protection team on protection priorities, and ensure all project staff are trained on CP and GBV available materials used in implementation.
Develop resources to enhance SR’s CP/GBV project in collaboration with the protection PC
Design detailed work plans with the team’s discussion and PC agreement.
Support and coordinate awareness raising activities on CP/GBV.
Ensure that CP/GBV activities are in accordance with minimum international standards.
Ensure all activities are documented as required and that the data for every activity is accurately collected and appropriately stored.
Manage cases and complex situations involving high-risk children with high needs.
Document all relevant information about children and the services provided to them.
Oversee the implementation of case management processes and ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Conduct assessments to identify the needs of beneficiaries and develop tailored support plans.
Ensure that all case management practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Report all accidents/incidents to the Protection & MHPSS Supervisor.
