Location: Raqqa And Manbij (and the surrounding areas)
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and applications.
- Diagnose and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT systems and equipment.
- Create and maintain IT documentation.
- Assist with the implementation and rollout of new technologies.
- Update users on IT policies and procedures.
- Provide basic IT user training.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- experience configuring and administering network devices, including switches, routers, and MikroTik routers
- Experience with installing and maintaining CCTV cameras
