We currently have a vacancy in the capacity of IT support specialist within our organization. Please find below details of the position:

Location: Raqqa And Manbij (and the surrounding areas)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and applications.
  • Diagnose and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT systems and equipment.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation.
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of new technologies.
  • Update users on IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide basic IT user training.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • experience configuring and administering network devices, including switches, routers, and MikroTik routers
  • Experience with installing and maintaining CCTV cameras

Required Skills

Additional Skills :

  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • CCNA certification
  • Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Language: English, Arabic
