- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Description:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with management, project staff, and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with beneficiary communities, ensuring their active participation and involvement throughout all stages of project implementation.
- Conduct regular observations of project activities related to protection and provide supportive coaching and mentoring support to enhance the quality and effectiveness of protection interventions.
- Ensure that project sites have sufficient resources and infrastructure to support protection activities and that proper safety and security measures are in place.
- Ensure beneficiaries are consulted and their views are taken into account during all stages of project implementation, with a particular focus on addressing their protection needs and concerns.
- Support ongoing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities, including documenting successes, challenges, and lessons learned in the context of protection interventions.
- Support the MEAL team with baseline and final evaluations of protection activities.
- Assist the project coordinator in ensuring timely preparation of high-quality donor/partner reports, as well as other reports needed/required by the local government, donors, clusters, the region, or headquarters as per reporting schedule, with a specific emphasis on protection-related outcomes and impact.
- Ensure compliance with education and child protection policies and code of conduct, while promoting appropriate health and safety mechanisms in project sites.
- Participate in regular team and staff meetings to coordinate protection efforts and share updates and challenges.
- Collaborate with members of other sectors through regular meetings to ensure integration and coordination of protection activities with other project components.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on protection activities, progress, and challenges.
- Manage the operational part of the budget related to protection activities and raise purchase requests (PRs) according to the procurement plan.
- Fulfill any other duties as required by the Senior Project Officer or Head of Programs, specifically related to protection interventions.
